Returns
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
The returned product must be new, unused, and in its original condition with all original packaging and materials included.
Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept returns for products that have been used, damaged by the customer, or returned without original packaging.
Exchanges are not accepted.
Return Process
Initiate a Return

Authorization & Instructions
Once approved, we will provide a Return Authorization Number and instructions for the return.
Return Method
Products must be returned to an authorized drop-off location. The address and instructions will be shared upon approval.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fee. Returns are free of cost.
Refund Policy
Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
You will receive a refund confirmation email. Please allow a few additional days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
