Free Shipping

We are delighted to offer free shipping on all orders across India, regardless of the order value. There are no hidden fees or additional charges—just free, convenient shipping to your doorstep.

Order Handling Time

Once your order is placed, our team works diligently to prepare and dispatch it. We strive to ensure that all orders are processed and handed over to our delivery partners within 1 business day. Orders placed after working hours or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

Your order will be delivered within 4 to 6 business days after it has been dispatched.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, but rest assured, we work with trusted delivery partners to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.

Service Coverage

We currently offer shipping to all serviceable pin codes across India.
We do not support international shipping at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS.
You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery through our delivery partner’s website or mobile app.

Shipping Partners

We have partnered with reliable and professional courier services like Delhivery, Bluedart, Ekart, and Shiprocket to ensure timely and secure delivery of your orders.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will make up to three delivery attempts. If unsuccessful, the product may be returned to our warehouse.

Failed Delivery & Return to Origin (RTO)

If an order cannot be delivered after multiple attempts, it will be returned to us. Our support team will contact you to reschedule or resolve the issue.
